Built the corporate banking app from zero through App Store and Play Store submission. Banking-grade security throughout: MFA, biometric login with Face ID and fingerprint, certificate pinning, encrypted storage, and OWASP Mobile Top 10 hardening over secure REST APIs.
AI self-checkout that recognizes products in under 200ms
Led the client app stack for an AI retail self-checkout kiosk, Flutter with on-device computer vision, no barcodes needed. Integrated the camera pipeline and hardware peripherals: scales, printers, and payment terminals. Led a team of 5 and cut release cycles from two weeks to three days.
Pakistan's biggest digital wallet
Contributed to core money transfer and bill payment features for a platform serving over 100 million users, with strong security practices and reliable transaction flows at national scale.
Telecom self-care at massive scale
Worked on the app since its original launch: account management, usage tracking, and customer-offer experiences for tens of millions of subscribers.
Industrial IoT monitoring on mobile and web
Real-time machine-monitoring app in Flutter for Android, iOS, and Web for a US industrial client, live dashboards, WebSockets and SignalR streams, FCM alerts, custom charts, and role-based access.
Project management for US restoration contractors
Owned the project and task modules in the Flutter app through the company's $2.5M raise. Built against .NET Core APIs with Bloc/Cubit, serving thousands of field users.

Led Android development for the Ministry of Electricity & Water utility app: bill payments, smart-meter integration, and tariff analytics for a national user base.
Uber-style booking engine, launched in minutes
On-demand appointment booking deployed across home services, salon, food, and healthcare. Flutter and ASP.NET Core with Stripe payments; new vertical launches automated via CI/CD.
